PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Minimum Order of 3 Dozens is required if ordering Christening Pins with Personalized ribbons. If you order any quantity less than 3 dozens, AUTOMATICALLY we would imprint 3 dozens ribbons and you will be charged for 3 dozens pins according to the price of the design you have chosen and you will receive 3 dozens pins. This is also stated under the description of every item and design of the Christening Pins . This policy is in effect because the printing company we deal with does not imprint any quantity less than 3 dozen = 36 ribbons.

All Martirika/Christening Pins/Ribbons orders of any size will be ready in maximum of 10 days and then delivered to you via UPS Priority Mail Service.They arrive in a basket for easy handling.

If ordering between:

• 3-4 dzs a shipping fee of $10.99 will be added.
• 5-7 dzs a shipping fee of $11.99 will be added.
• 8-9 dzs, a shipping fee of $16.99 will be added.
• 10-15 dzs, a shipping fee of $24.89 will be added.
• 16-20 dzs, a shipping fee of $29.99 will be added.
• 21 dzs and Up, a shipping fee of $35.00 will be added.

~ These fees will be added to your total after we receive your order.

Our company prints the ribbons every Wednesday and all orders are prepared thereafter. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION

Enter your personalization the way you would like it to read on every side on the ribbon. Christening ribbons are printed with the baby's or babies' name(s) on the left along with the born date and the baptism date and the Godparent(s)' names on the right side. If you are personalizing your ribbons with a different message, please let us know also in the comments section of the order form how you would like your personalization to be broken up between the two tails of the ribbon. If no instructions are given for non-standard personalization, the wording will be divided at the discretion of our printers. On other items please follow the instruction provided in the product description.

Please keep in mind that we convert all personalization to upper and lowercase letters except the baby's or babies'(s) and the Godparent(s) names. The baby's or babies' name(s) and the Godparent(s) names are printed always in CAPITAL letters. If you enter your personalization in all caps or all lowercase letters, we will automatically convert your wording as stated above. All capital letters cannot be done on most personalizations. If you need all capital letters or all lower case letters, please email us before placing your order with your personalization and we will let you know if it can be printed in all capital letters.

After the words "BORN" and "BAPTIZED" always is been put a semicolon.

Emblems can be imprinted ONLY on the ribbons with 1 line per side. It does not matter the width of the ribbon but it matters how many lines are imprinted. Thus ONLY if each side of the ribbon has 1 line then an emblem can be inserted.

Personalized ribbons of 7/16" width that fit one line per side and are used for a Baptismal Occasion, always on the right side of the ribbon is printed automatically the cross emblem and then the word: "+ Baptized:" except if otherwise you indicate differently.

The clarity and boldness of your ribbon will largely depend on the color combination that you choose. A light colored ribbon (pink, ivory, light blue) with a light colored ink such as Silver will not look very pronounced. With a light colored ribbon we recommend darker ink colors.

NOTICE: Our ribbons are satin and the imprinting is made with INK and NOT FOIL. The difference between them is that FOIL is shiny but temporary and it scratches off immediatelly while INK is not shiny but PERMANENT. We believe that this is a keepsake that would be remembered for years to come and you would like to keep it and have it. This is the main reason also why we offer you high quality satin ribbons with ink imprinting.
